“ This is our second time visiting Bawarchi in a month. Before that, I believe, last we went there about 3 years ago. They made a significant turnaround from the past. The transformation is evident - the once mediocre offerings have evolved into an array of delectable dishes. The addition of Indian-Chinese fusion to their menu is a good idea. I’m not sure if they had it before. The appetizers, particularly the chicken hot and sour soup along with the karampodi baby corn and cauliflower, were exceptional. The main courses did not disappoint; the lamb chops were perfectly charred on the outside while preserving a succulent juiciness within. The butter chicken remained a classic delight, with a sauce that was nothing short of perfection. The lamb curry and chicken biryani further showcased traditional flavors. I'm thrilled we decided to give it another chance and would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and innovative Indian cuisine. ”
